The City of Shoreline Wastewater Utility offers several options to manage and pay your wastewater bill. Interactive account access for Wastewater service is not available at this time.

Payment Options
One-time online payment >Make a one-time payment using a credit card, debit card, or eCheck using Paystation. Payments can take up to three business days to process. As of January 1, 2023, the credit card convenience fee is $3.50 and eCheck convenience fee is $3.00. |

Pay by phone >You have 24-hour automated access to enter your credit or debit card information privately over the phone by calling 1-866-488-9292. As of January 1, 2023, the credit card convenience fee is $3.50 and eCheck convenience fee is $3.00. |

Sign up for automatic withdrawal >Have your wastewater payment automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account by using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) option. |

Pay in person >Payment is accepted by cash or check only during City Hall business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. City Hall is located at 17500 Midvale Avenue N, Shoreline, WA 98133. |

Drop box >We offer a convenient drop box located on the top floor of the Shoreline City Hall parking garage for after-hours payment drop off. (location map) |
Sign up for paperless billing > You have the option to make payments using your debit/credit card or bank account or sign up for automatic payments with the secure online Doxo billing option but it’s not required in order to go paperless. Additional fees may apply for payments made through Doxo. Payments take up to 3 business days for card payments and up to 4 business days for bank payments to process. |
