City Attorney's Office
Provides legal advice and representation to the City Council, City Manager and City departments.
City Clerk's Office
Provides support to the City Council and the City Manager's Office and helps the City comply with public records and open public meeting laws.
City Manager's Office
Implements the policies and goals of the City Council and provides leadership, coordination and development of City departments. The City Manager's Office helps resolve issues by promoting communication among the City Council, citizens and staff. The City Manager's Office develops the City Council agenda for regular meetings, workshops and retreats.
Communications Program
Encourages participation in local government through two-way communication with residents, businesses and other agencies.
Community Services
Includes services such as Customer Response Team, Neighborhoods, Human Services, and Emergency Management
Human Resources
Recruits employees and creates an environment which attracts, retains and develops capable and willing staff.
Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services
Maintains the City's 25 parks and provides recreation, aquatic and cultural experiences to the community through a wide range of programs.
Planning & Community Development
Responsible for long-range planning programs and land use and building permit services.
Police Department
Provides quality, professional law enforcement services to improve public safety.
Public Works
Improves and maintains the City's streets, sidewalks, facilities and drainage systems through a Capital Improvement Program and Operations Program.
