The City allocates two tiers of generous monthly allotments to regular employees to buy benefits. The coverage extends to dependents, including domestic partners. Benefits include insurance packets, retirement plans, Flex plans, employee assistance program. Other benefits include wellness program, paid and unpaid leave, Orca card, telecommuting, flexible work schedule, educational reimbursement program, free parking, and access to the City recreational facilities.
