If you are a registered contractor in the state of Washington, other professional, or homeowner, you are eligible for an online permitting account in the City of Shoreline’s eTRAKiT system. We are not able to create online permit accounts for the general public. Please note that only one account may be created per company. eTRAKiT allows customers to:

Create pre-intake records as the first step in electronic permit submittal
Apply for residential plumbing and mechanical permits directly
Track permits and permit applications
Schedule and track inspections online
Monitor the status of permit reviews

If you would like to set up an eTRAKiT account, complete the following form. Note that the completion of this form does not automatically create your account. You will receive an automated receipt email, and staff will send you a separate detailed email with your log-in information in approximately 2 to 4 business days.
