Revisions

Revisions for pending permit and project applications should be submitted via the same method as original permit intake.  Revision packages should include a cover letter that notes your contact name and phone number, permit number (for revisions), and description of the items submitted. If submitting multiple applications or revisions, then each set of materials should be clearly separated by permit application or by revision permit number.

Please refer to the Revisions Handout for more detailed information.

Pre Application Meetings

Pre-application meetings will be conducted virtually. Pre-application meetings will either be a phone or conference call between you and your team and the project manager to discuss the review team’s prepared notes; or a phone or video conference call between your team and our team. In all situations you will receive the written comments from each review discipline. The assigned project manager would determine which scenario would best suit the project and staffing levels.

If you would like to move forward with this level of pre-application meeting you can submit using the options listed above.
