New Permit Applications and Project Information
New permit and project applications are being accepted using a new electronic permitting process. The new electronic process is only available to registered contractors/professionals through our online permitting system at this time. It can be used for all permit and project types.
If you are submitting for a new permit or project and are a registered contractor/professional through our online permitting system, please follow these instructions for applying for electronic permits.

NOTE: All existing permits or projects that were started as paper submittals will have to continue as paper submittals.
Revisions for Electronic Projects
If you are submitting revisions for an existing permit or project that was submitted electronically, please follow these instructions for submitting electronic revisions.
Approved Plans for Electronic Projects
If you are accessing approved plans or documents for an electronic permit or project, please follow these instructions for accessing approved plans. Please ensure you have at least one full-size set of approved plans on site throughout construction.
