- Authorize the City Manager to Increase Contract Amendment Authority for Architectural and Engineering Design Services Contract with Rolluda Architects, Inc. in the Amount Not to Exceed $75,000 for the Shoreline City Hall, Highland Plaza, Richmond Highlands Recreation Center, and the Shoreline Swimming Pool (Administrative Services)
