As per the City’s web policies, the City of Shoreline only posts City-sponsored events, other governmental agency events, and City-sponsored group events, including City-sponsored neighborhood associations. However, if you are an individual or community group that would like to post your community event online, the Shoreline Area News events list is an available community resource.

Please be advised that the Shoreline City Council Regular Meeting on Monday, June 14, 2021 will be held online using the Zoom platform. You may watch a live feed of the Meeting online; join the Meeting via Zoom Webinar; or listen to the Meeting over the telephone.

Council is providing opportunities for public comment by submitting written comment or calling into the meeting to provide oral testimony. To provide oral testimony you must sign-up by 6:30 p.m. the night of the meeting. Please see the information listed below to access all of these options:

Agenda Highlights:

  • Approval of Expenses and Payroll as of May 28, 2021 in the Amount of $4,333,104.38 (Administrative Services)
  • Authorize the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with Sound Transit for the Shoreline North/185th Station Pedestrian Connection (City Manager's Office)
  • Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Construction Contract with Doolittle Construction, LLC in the Amount of $398,200 for the 2021 Bituminous Surface Treatment project (Public Works)
  • Discussion of Ordinance No. 932 - Authorizing the Placement of a Ballot Measure on the 2021 November General Election Ballot to Authorize a Property Tax Bond Measure for Park Improvements and Park Land Acquisition (City Manager's Office)
  • Discussion of Proposed American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funding Allocation (Recreation, Cultural and Community Services)
  • Discussion of Ordinance No. 933 - Authorizing the Use of Eminent Domain for Acquisition of Certain Real Properties to Construct the NW Innis Arden Way Culvert Replacement Project (Public Works)
