How to Schedule an Inspection
Scheduling inspections for permits related to the Sound Transit Lynnwood Link Light Rail Project should be done online using eTRAKiT. You may set up an account in eTRAKiT as an individual or as a company in order to keep track of the permit process as well as to schedule inspections.
Contractors and other companies can request a professional eTRAKiT account. To initiate that process, please follow the link below and fill out the online form to register for an account.

Contacting the City of Shoreline with Sound Transit-Related Permit Questions
To ensure that permit questions related to the Sound Transit Link Light Rail Project are addressed in a timely fashion, the City of Shoreline has created two email accounts that will be monitored during business hours.

Requesting an Extension for a Right of Way Permit
A contractor may request an extension for a Right of Way Permit if a project will not be completed by the Expired date listed in the Permit’s Project Details. To request an extension, please fill out and submit the form on the City of Shoreline’s Right of Way Permit Extension Request web page. The renewal and additional inspection fees may apply, depending upon whether the permit is being obtained by the contractor themselves or on behalf of the Link Light Rail Project.

Permit submittals will be reviewed for compliance with all codes and regulations applicable within the City of Shoreline.
