 Transportation Impact Fees
  Charged during the building permitting process and used to fund projects to maintain or improve levels of service on Shoreline's streets.

 Park Impact Fees
  A one-time payment by new residential development to pay for capital costs of facilities needed to support the new development.
 
Fire Impact Fees
  A one-time payment made during the permitting process by new developments to maintain fire service concurrency within the Shoreline Fire Department's emergency response area. 

 Business Licenses
  Shoreline requires all businesses to be licensed with the City if they are located within City limits or if they are located outside City limits but conduct business within City limits.
