The hearing before the Hearing Examiner for Subdivision Application PLN23-0078, on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. will be held in the Council Chamber using a hybrid format where both in-person and remote attendance is allowed.

Public testimony is being accepted in person, remotely, or by submitting written comment. In person public commenters must sign up in person at the hearing. Email the Hearing Examiner Clerk at hearingex@shorelinewa.gov at least 30 minutes prior to the hearing to sign-up to provide remote oral testimony. Written comments should be submitted to the Hearing Examiner Clerk at hearingex@shorelinewa.gov. All comments must be received by the Hearing Examiner prior to the close of the public hearing.
