The hearing before the Hearing Examiner for Street Vacation Application - PLN23-0113 on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. will be held in the Council Chamber using a hybrid format where both in-person and remote attendance is allowed.

Public testimony is being accepted in person, remotely, or by submitting written comment. In person public commenters must sign up in person at the meeting. Email the Hearing Examiner Clerk at hearingex@shorelinewa.gov by 1:00 p.m. December 20, 2023, to sign-up to provide oral testimony. Written comments should be submitted to the Hearing Examiner Clerk no later than 1:00 p.m. local time on the date of the hearing.
