New for 2023, City staff will be making a free presentation on the basics of residential permitting for City of Shoreline properties.  This presentation will include information on basic permit intake and issuance, residential building code, residential zoning code, residential drainage/civil code, and residential wastewater code.  This presentation is an opportunity to discover and hear about to general components related to a residential building permit.  There will be time for general questions at the end of each presentation.

These presentations will be held at 7:00 p.m. on each night of the Home Improvement Workshop dates in the City Hall Council Chambers.  There is no charge to attend these presentations and no appointment is needed.  These presentations will be specifically focused on City of Shoreline codes, regulations, and processes.  Be sure to leave some time before or after the presentation to meet with building resources vendors at the concurrent Vendor Fair, no appointment needed.
