As per the City’s web policies, the City of Shoreline only posts City-sponsored events, other governmental agency events, and City-sponsored group events, including City-sponsored neighborhood associations. However, if you are an individual or community group that would like to post your community event online, the Shoreline Area News events list is an available community resource.

September 25, 2023 City Council Regular Meeting

Please be advised that the Shoreline City Council Regular Meeting on Monday, September 25, 2023 will be held in the Council Chamber using a hybrid format where both in-person and online attendance is allowed. You may attend the meeting in person, join via Zoom webinar, or listen to the meeting over the telephone. Council is providing opportunities for public comment in person, remotely, or by submitting written comment. In person public commenters must sign up in person prior to the start of Agenda Item 6, and remote public commenters must sign-up online by 6:30 p.m. the night of the meeting.

Agenda Highlights:

  • Approval of Expenses and Payroll as of September 15, 2023 in the Amount of $3,787,964.30 (Administrative Services)
  • Adopting the Community Development Block Grant Funding and Contingency Plan for 2023 (Recreation, Cultural and Community Services)
  • Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract Amendment with TCF Architecture, Inc. in the Amount of $248,912 for Services During Design and Construction of the Ballinger Maintenance Facility (Public Works)
  • Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Amendment with BHC Consultants in an Amount Not to Exceed $122,455 for Construction Management of the Pump Station 26 Project and Design Services for the Pump Station 30 Project (Public Works)
  • Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Contract with the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce in the Amount of $153,200 for the Shoreline Small Business Outreach, Recovery, and Retention Program (City Manager’s Office)
  • Public Hearing on the Interlocal Agreement Between the Town of Woodway, Snohomish County, the City of Shoreline, and Olympic View Water and Sewer District Concerning the Annexation of Point Wells by Woodway and Affirmation of the Authorization of the City Manager to Execute the Annexation Interlocal Agreement (City Attorney's Office)
  • Continued Discussion of the 2024-2029 Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Art (PROSA) Plan (Recreation, Cultural and Community Services)
