As per the City’s web policies, the City of Shoreline only posts City-sponsored events, other governmental agency events, and City-sponsored group events, including City-sponsored neighborhood associations. However, if you are an individual or community group that would like to post your community event online, the Shoreline Area News events list is an available community resource.

May 15, 2023 City Council Regular Meeting

Please be advised that the Shoreline City Council Regular Meeting on Monday, May 15, 2023 will be held in the Council Chamber using a hybrid format where both in-person and online attendance is allowed. You may attend the meeting in person, join via Zoom webinar, or listen to the meeting over the telephone. Council is providing opportunities for public comment in person, remotely, or by submitting written comment. In person public commenters must sign up in person prior to the start of Agenda Item 6, and remote public commenters must sign-up online by 6:30 p.m. the night of the meeting.

Agenda Highlights:

  • Action on Resolution No. 507- Adopting a Six-Year Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) for 2024 Through 2029 (Public Works)
  • Approval of Multi-Family Tax Exemption Program Contract with MCREF MFR 1 Shoreline LLC for the Modera Shoreline Located at 17802 Linden Avenue N (Recreation, Cultural and Community Services)
  • Authorize the City Manager to Approve Real Property Acquisition Located at 14800 1st Avenue NE for the 148th Street Non-Motorized Bridge Project (Public Works)
  • Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Construction Contract with Massana Construction, Inc. in the Amount of #7,998,584 for the 148th Non-Motorized Project - Phase 1 (Public Works)
  • Discussion of the Regional Crisis Response (RCR) Agency Principals Assembly and RCR Agency Program Update (City Manager's Office)
  • Discussion with the King County Regional Homelessness Authority on Development of their Five-Year Plan (Recreation, Cultural and Community Services)
