1st Avenue NE Sidewalks (N 145th Street to N 155th Street) proposes new sidewalks along 1st Avenue, enhancing accessibility to the future Sound Transit “Shoreline South/148th Station”. Project Overview
1st Avenue NE will be a key access point to the light rail station connecting to/from the 145th Street corridor, the future 148th Street Non-Motorized Bridge (a pedestrian/bicycle bridge that will span I-5 at approximately 148th Street with direct access to the light rail station), and a bicycle network.

In addition to the virtual Open House and optional survey for comments and questions, we invite you to attend the 1st Avenue NE online Neighborhood Meeting on Thursday, October 6, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. to learn more about the project, view latest design and provide feedback.
