In support of Shoreline City Council Resolution 467 to Build an Anti-Racist Community, United Shoreline Organized Against Racism (USOAR) is hosting a listening session focused on learning more about the RADAR program and other alternative responder models. Presenters will include Christina Arcidy, Management Analyst, City of Shoreline City; Captain Ryan Abbott, Shoreline Police; and Brook Buettner, RADAR Program Manager.
