The City will be performing pavement maintenance on selected streets in the Hillwood, Innis Arden, Richmond Beach, and Richmond Highlands neighborhoods from late July through the end of August 2021. The maintenance work will consist of pavement repair, crack sealing, and surface sealing using Bituminous Surface Treatment, often called chip seal.
