The SNAPPS Appeal Hearing before the Hearing Examiner for PLN19-0138 is scheduled for January 8, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.

Pursuant to Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28, as amended, and City Council Resolution No. 459, in an effort to curtail the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Public Hearing for PLN19-0138 will take place online using the Zoom Webinar platform and the public will not be allowed to attend in-person.

Attendees from the public may observe the Public Hearing via Zoom Webinar or listen to the Public Hearing over the telephone, however per the Rules of Procedure, only the Appellant(s), the City, the applicant (if not Appellant(s)) and identified witnesses may participate in the appeal proceedings.
