| Mayor KEITH MCGLASHAN, position 1 |

Elected to the City Council in 2005 and 2009, Keith McGlashan has been part of the Shoreline business community for over 26 years. His business, James Alan Salon, was selected as Washington CEO magazine’s “Best Small Company to Work For” in 2003 and 2005. Councilmember McGlashan has served as co-president of the Shoreline Public Schools Foundation and president of the Shoreline Community College Cosmetology Advisory Board. He was a founding director of Forward Shoreline, executive board director of Northshore/Shoreline Community Network and a member of the board of directors of the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce. Since becoming a councilmember he has represented Shoreline regionally as an alternate on the SeaShore Transportation Forum and as a member of the governing board for the King County Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness. Nationally, he represents Shoreline as a member of the steering committee for the National League of Cities, Community and Economic Development Committee, and as a board member of the Gay, Lesbian, and Bisexual Local Officials Committee (GLBLO). Will Hall was elected to the City Council in 2009. He and his wife Laurie Lindblad grew up in King County and have four generations of family in the area. They enjoy the outstanding cultural and recreational opportunities available in our region, including visual and performing arts, hiking, skiing and scuba diving. Will served on the Planning Commission for six years including terms as Vice Chair and Chair. He also volunteered as a scout leader and soccer coach, and on the boards of regional and national environmental organizations. Will has more than a decade of professional experience in local government. He has been appointed to regional committees dealing with land use, transportation and economic development. He has also worked as a high school teacher, business consultant, small business owner and technology manager. Will has a bachelors degree from the University of Chicago and masters degrees from Johns Hopkins University and the University of Washington. His term expires December 31, 2013. | Chris Eggen, Position 2 |

Chris Eggen was elected to the City Council in 2007. He grew up in Seattle and attended the UW in Physics and Electrical Engineering. Chris married Donna Kenney in 1967. They have two children, Brian and Kristy, who both graduated from Shorecrest High School. He is an Air Force Veteran and a project manager at the UW Applied Physics Laboratory. Chris was involved in YMCA programs with his children and coached a number of youth sports teams. He is a strong environmental advocate serving on the boards of the Paramount Park Neighborhood Group, the Shoreline Solar Project, and Sustainable Shoreline. He is also on the boards of Shoreline Chamber of Commerce and Dollars for Scholars and served on the Shoreline Housing Advisory Committee. Chris was raised by a single mom who worked as a union waitress and is a strong union supporter. He is a Democratic PCO and on the 32 LD Democrat Executive Board. He also enjoys reading and golf. Elected to the City Council in 2007, Doris McConnell has been part of the Shoreline community for over 21 years. She moved to Lakewood, Washington, in 1968 when her father retired from the United States Army. She received her bachelor’s of science degree in psychology from Washington State University. She has served for many years in Shoreline PTA in a variety of capacities including president, secretary, treasurer and vice president at both the individual school and district level. Doris has also served on numerous Shoreline School District advisory boards and is an active Richmond Beach Community Association volunteer. She enjoys church and family activities as well as outdoor recreation such as skiing, tennis and camping. She has two children: her daughter, Angela, attends the University of Washington and her son, Scott, is a student at Shorewood High School. Her term expires December 31, 2011. | Chris Roberts, Position 7 |

Chris Roberts was elected to the Shoreline City Council in 2009. Chris graduated from Willamette University in 2000 and obtained a masters degree from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2004. He is currently a Comparative Law and Society scholar at the University of Washington where he is finishing his PhD in the Department of Political Science. Before his election, Chris served as the Legislative Assistant to Oregon State Representative Bill Garrard (2001) and on Shoreline's Human Services task-force (2009). Chris is a representative from the 32nd Legislative District to the Washington State Democratic Party and serves as a member of the 32nd Legislative District's executive board. Terry Scott was elected to the Shoreline City Council in 2007 and served as Deputy Mayor from 2008 to 2009. A 12-year resident of Shoreline, Terry is a Physician Assistant faculty member at the University of Washington MEDEX program. He is a primary care provider and has practiced in rural and urban settings in Washington. He has served as President to the Washington State Academy of Physician Assistants; Delegate to The American Academy of Physician Assistants House of Delegates, UW Graduate Medical Education Committee; Dean's Strategic Leadership Conference; and Vice Chair of Shoreline’s Housing Advisory Committee. | Shari Winstead, Position 5 |

Shari Winstead was elected to the Shoreline City Council in 2009. She has lived in Shoreline since 1992 and has served the community in many ways over the past 17 years. Shari has one son who graduated from Shorewood High School in 2005. She works full time for a corporate law firm in Seattle. Community involvement has always been a priority and a pleasure for Shari. She has held leadership positions in many community organizations including serving on the boards of Richmond Little League, the Echo Lake Neighborhood Association and the Partnership for Youth Justice. She was also a founding board member of ShoreDog. Prior to being elected to the Council, Shari served the City on many advisory committees. She co-chaired the successful 2006 Parks, Open Space and Trails Bond Vote Yes! Committee and then served as a member of Shoreline’s Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Board.
