Construction: Aurora Corridor N 192nd to N 205th

Traffic Revision

Northbound traffic has been switched to the east side of Aurora. The following is not allowed or available:

  • Parking along Aurora (northbound).
  • Left turns anywhere except at N 192nd and N 205th Streets.
  • Through traffic on N 200th Street across Aurora or left turns to or from N 200th Street.

N 200th Street will open to traffic in both directions; however, only right turns to and from Aurora will be allowed.


Transit routes leaving the Aurora Transit Center have changed during construction. Please visit King County Metro and Community Transit for the latest details. King County Metro customer service can be reached at (206) 553-3000 and Community Transit can be reached at (425) 353-RIDE (7433).

Roadway Work

Pavement removal, excavation, and grading will occur in the middle of Aurora. Curb, gutter, and sidewalk work will continue north along Aurora and on N 200th east of Aurora.

One lane may be closed in either or both directions of Aurora during non-commute hours. Drivers are urged to follow posted speed limits, drive carefully and use caution through the area. N 200th may have intermittent lane closures or traffic control for work in the area.

Utility Work

Signal work at N 200th and N 205th Streets will be ongoing.
